Why I created this
As a coach and mother, I've seen how powerful it is when families have a safe structure for honesty. That's why I created Our Family Circle Toolkit: to bring intention, warmth, and emotional courage into everyday moments.
We spend so much energy leading teams and projects, but sometimes forget that real leadership also lives in the tender spaces between family members. This Toolkit helps beautiful, busy (maybe sometimes messy) families come back into warm, intentional connection.

How old do kids need to be to participate?
The Our Family Circle in a Box is designed for ages 6 and up, but younger children are welcome to join in simple ways: listening, doodling, ringing the chimer, or taking on a playful role. You know your child best, and the Circle grows with you.
How many people can play?
Families of any size benefit from this practice. Just two of you? Perfect. A big blended family? Also perfect. It flexes to meet you: share roles, double up, or keep it simple. Our Family Circle in a Box evolves with you.
How long does it take?
About 45 - 60 minutes, depending on the size of your family. This practice is adaptable. Some weeks you might do the full Circle, and other times you may just use a few pieces: a Heart Warmer question over dinner, a quick check-in, or a moment of gratitude.
How often should we play?
Weekly is ideal, but even once a month creates beautiful shifts. Consistency is more important than frequency.
Who is this for?
It's for your family! Stepparents, co-parents, grandparents, godparents, or even 'chosen family'. All shapes and sizes work. If you want to show up with more presence and intention in the relationships that matter most, this is for you
